This position is within the Feinberg School of Medicine’s Development and Alumni Relations department, located in downtown Chicago, IL. A hybrid work schedule will be available after an initial period.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Foundation Relations within the Feinberg School of Medicine’s Development and Alumni Relations department, the Associate Director, Foundation Relations manages organizational relationships for long term growth, including all appropriate stewardship activities. The Associate Director collaborates with assigned areas within the Feinberg School of Medicine to strategize and increase funding/revenue from organizations for specific needs. This position may also serve as the primary moves manager for a portfolio of organizational prospects, and may interface with deans, faculty, program directors and/or other University leaders to prepare them for prospect meetings and proposals.

Target hiring range for this position will be between $80,000-$84,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
