Target hiring range for this position will be between $63,000-$70,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Job Summary:
This role supports reporting and analytical needs across the Alumni Relations and Development organization. This job function focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards using fundraising and advancement data, with an emphasis on Oracle SQL and structured reporting workflows. The position requires intermediate SQL knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot data and reporting issues with guidance from senior team members as needed. The team member will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy, and support both ad-hoc and recurring reporting needs, while also contributing to documentation and self-service enablement efforts. Exposure to Salesforce reporting and CRM Analytics is preferred, with additional familiarity in tools such as Tableau and Cognos considered a plus.
Please note: The target budgeted salary for this position is $63,000 - $70,000 annually. Offers will be based on candidate experience and education, as well as equity within Northwestern University.
