Student Philanthropy Council

Mission

The mission of the Northwestern Student Philanthropy Council (SPC) is to educate the current undergraduate student population about philanthropy at Northwestern University and inspire a lifetime connection to the University through giving back.

About The Council

Established in 2017, the Student Philanthropy Council (SPC) provides a student voice to philanthropy programming at Northwestern. The Council is comprised of representatives from each of the current undergraduate classes. The Council meets monthly to plan, discuss, and execute Student Philanthropy education and programming opportunities.

The Council is a vital component of the Student Philanthropy program. All members have a voice in the kind of programming that ARD provides current students. Members actively engage and participate in shaping the conversation around philanthropy.
